The assignment combined brand building, PR, and internal structuring. House of ÆRA developed and executed a strategic communications framework that positioned the agency prominently across leading industry publications, securing high-impact media exposure and building early market recognition.
In parallel, foundational infrastructure was created to support long-term growth. This included developing internal systems and workflows, implementing a structured onboarding process for new hires, and building a centralized knowledge and collaboration environment via Microsoft SharePoint.
The engagement also covered employer branding and talent acquisition strategy. House of ÆRA initiated collaborations with Google and ensured the agency's presence at key industry and academic events, including IHM Business School, to attract top-tier candidates and strengthen its positioning as an employer of choice.
