The assignment combined strategic brand thinking with hands-on execution, where House of ÆRA operated as both a creative and production partner inside a highly regulated and fast-moving global industry.
The work included building and leading external creative teams, overseeing full-scale productions and managing the operational workflow from concept to final delivery. From casting and team coordination to creative direction, photography, film production and social-first content creation, every part of the process was developed and executed with a strong focus on premium storytelling and brand consistency.
House of ÆRA was also involved in product and packaging development for several nicotine pouch brands, contributing to the evolution of packaging concepts, visual communication and copy across Sweden, the Nordics, France and the UK. This included rewriting and localizing packaging copy, translations and brand messaging for international markets.
In parallel, the agency managed and developed social media communication and creative concepts for VELO, Lyft and Lundgrens, creating platform-adapted content and ideas designed to strengthen brand positioning and audience engagement.
The collaboration required balancing global brand guidelines with locally relevant communication, while moving seamlessly between strategy, production leadership and operational content creation.
